Manual Therapy

Manual Therapy

We use an evidence based approach to facilitate movement and help relax biomechanical structures. By gently provoking your symptoms we are able to confirm the specific tissues/structures at fault. We use passive mobilization techniques in order to get you moving in the right direction of the healing process.

Trigger Point Dry Needling

Trigger point Dry Needling targets Myofascial Trigger Points (MTrPs) in hopes of relieving motor, sensory, and autonomic abnormalities that can occur. The goal is to get a local twitch response in order to relax and alleviate pain/dysfunction caused by these trigger points. MTrPs are hyperirritable spots on muscles described as taught bands or nodules that you can feel under the skin. Typically they are painful with pressure.
